REFUND POLICY for TIP2WIN PTY LTD ('Company');

• Entry fees to the Company will not be refunded unless they were made in error by the Company.
• Should a refund be payable it will be made to the same credit card that was charged for the original purchase
• Refunds or exchanges cannot be given for lost or stolen gift vouchers
• Refunds or exchanges cannot be given for expired gift vouchers.
• Should you believe you are owed a refund for any reasons please email customer.care@tip2win.com and we will respond promptly (allow 1 business day).
• Any error made by the Company which result in a refund being owed will be processed within 5 business days from the date the error is established.
